Trinidad and Tobago Restaurants

Prime Restaurant

Prime Restaurant Review

Occupying the ground floor of the BHP Billiton tower, this upscale establishment caters to businesspeople armed with large expense accounts and demanding tastes. The subtle lighting, understated decor, and attentive staff also make this the ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a special-occasion splurge. Though a variety of options are available, most diners come for the excellent Angus steaks, and not without reason. The wine cellar is one of the best on the island, and a well-chosen vintage may help take some of the edge off the inevitably large bill. The restaurant is behind the Marriott and next door to the Movietowne complex.
