$$-$$$, Asian, Trinidad
Fodor's Review:
Port of Spainers in the know flock to the eighth floor of the Kapok Hotel, where the views of the city day and night are simply spectacular and the food always dependable. The dining room is lined with teak, and the menu includes the best of Polynesian and Asian fare. The Sunday dim sum -- with tasting-size portions of dishes such as pepper squid and tofu-stuffed fish -- is very popular.
