Fodor's Review:

Trinidadian Geoffrey Holder painted the large mural of a social idyll in Queen's Park Savannah that dominates one wall of the Hilton's newly renovated main restaurant. A more-leisurely Trinidad is also reflected in the old-fashioned charm of silver service, uniformed waiters, soft lighting, and pink tablecloths. The menu is international, including steaks, seafood grills, and other simple preparations, but you can also find such local specialties as callaloo soup, shrimp creole, and West Indian chicken curry.
