Some of the finest and most imaginative food on the island is to be found at this elegant establishment on restaurant row. Chef and owner Moses Ruben uses his years of experience as head chef at the Hilton to create delightfully balanced meals. His imaginative curried crab and dumplings appetizer, which consists of delicately curried crabmeat served on a shell full of miniature dumplings, is an exceptional treat.
