Chef and owner Moses Ruben uses his years of experience as head chef at the Hilton to create delightfully balanced meals. His imaginative curried-crab-and-dumplings appetizer, which consists of delicately curried crabmeat served on a shell full of miniature dumplings, is exceptional.
