$$-$$$$, Italian, Trinidad
Fodor's Review:
Calabrian chef Angelo Cofone married a Trinidadian and soon found himself co-owning the island's best Italian restaurant, popular with locals and visiting businesspeople alike. The innovative Italian menu changes regularly, and there is always a daily special. If it's offered, try the calamari done Mediterranean style. The prix-fixe lunch for $17 is a steal and a good way to test the menu.
