Fodor's Review:
On the Great Bay waterfront, a five-minute walk from the ship pier in Philipsburg, nautically themed "Chesty's" serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable prices. The main fare is steak and seafood, though the dinner menu includes Duck Chesterfield (roast duckling with fresh pineapple-and-banana sauce) and several different shrimp dishes. The Mermaid Bar is popular with yachties, locals, and tourists alike. There's ample parking.
