$$-$$$, French, St. Martin
Fodor's Review:
Decorated arches frame the elegant and charming dining room in this 120-year-old French Antillean house where chef Didier Rochat delights his guests with appetizers like garlic escargots and coquilles St. Jacques with scallops and shrimp. Rack of lamb and a filet mignon are both excellent main-course choices, but be aware that although his offerings are pleasing to the palate, they wreck the waistline. The restaurant also has a good selection of wines. As is the common problem in Grand Case, parking can be a challenge.
