Fodor's Review:
Bambu's incorporates bamboo everywhere to create an outdoorsy interior: in the ceiling, railings, bar, lamps, mirrors, benches. The rest is splashed in wild hues such as lemon, tangerine, and raspberry. Local artworks adorn the walls, and the split-level warren of rooms accommodates those who seek intimate conversation, rooting for teams on the big-screen TV, and dancing on a tiny floor weekends. You can order both sophisticated single-malt scotches and down-home island food amid the Peace Corps-hip ambience.
