$$$-$$$$, French, Toiny
Fodor's Review:
If you are in the mood to dress up, this is the elegant, sophisticated restaurant at which to do it. Everything is taken very seriously here. Starched napery and impeccable service complement the blue bay view. Lunch includes chilled, spicy mango soup, salads, and grilled seafood. The dinner menu showcases really serious food: guinea hen, wood pigeon, free-range chicken baked in a clay shell, fresh tuna with Japanese seaweed in a eucalyptus sauce, baby sole stuffed with scallops and mushrooms served in a scallop mousse: are you salivating? Table-side crêpes suzette are de rigueur. There's a EUR 43 buffet brunch on Sunday.
