Fodor's Review

If you're looking for seclusion, you'll find it five minutes northeast of Philipsburg. There are no umbrellas and no lounge chairs; even the beach shack has no regular service. What this bay does have is a long expanse of soft sand. The surf is strong, making the beach a popular surfer hangout and not recommended for kids. Turn on Guana Bay Road, behind Great Bay Salt Pond. Amenities: none. Best for: solitude; surfing; walking.
