Some twenty years ago, the charming owners renovated this beautifully historic St. Martin case. After several other restaurant ventures, they have returned to the original cottage to serve up delicious, authentic Moroccan cusine in a beautiful and romantic space with an open garden that feels just like Morocco. The food is fragrant and delicious, with portions so huge you will have enough lunch for the next day. The couscous and tagines are authentically spiced
and served with professional friendliness by an affable staff in Moroccan serving pieces. The mixed appetizers (meze) are delectable, and the royal couscous is justly popular. Kabobs and tajines are a great change of pace from the usual Caribbean and French fare. Lounge in the tented courtyard after dinner—and don't be surprised to be entertained by a talented belly-dancer. The restaurant is on Marigot's main road across from the stadium.
