A brilliant young chef, attentive service, and an airy modern verandah perched on the Philipsburg boardwalk give Ocean Lounge its distinct South Beach vibe. You'll want to linger over tasty small plates and interesting cocktails, as you watch the scene with tourists of all varieties passing by two-by-two on romantic evening strolls, or determined cruise-ship passengers surveying the surrounding shops by day. The daily tasting menu at $44.50 includes two glasses of good wine and a chance to sample the cuisine, which includes delicious fresh salad preparations, sesame-crusted sushi-grade tuna with pasta, truffle risotto, rosemary rack of lamb, and hearty beef entrées as well.
