$$$-$$$$, Eclectic, St. Maarten
Fodor's Review:
Since the late 1980s Saratoga has built a loyal following of return patrons. The handsome mahogany-paneled dining room in the yacht club's stucco and red-tile building overlooks the Simpson Bay Marina. The menu changes daily, but you can never go wrong with one of the fresh fish dishes; several Caribbean and creole dishes are always on the menu and also uniformly good. You might start with a spicy ceviche of snapper with mango and tortilla chips, then segue into grilled grouper fillet or a cured pork tenderloin. The wine list includes 150 different wines, including 12 choices by the glass.
