This dramatic, hip addition to the top level of the Maho central shopping area features red lacquer walls, lounging tables, Indonesian art, a first-rate bar, and electro-house tunes. You can get terrific sushi and sashimi, both classic Japanese varieties and Americanized ones like California roll. Asian hot appetizers and exotic cocktails like the Tranquillity (citrus vodka and smoky oolong tea) are good, too. If you're not into Asian fare, try the salmon, ribs, or beef. The young crowd keeps this place hopping way past midnight. Solo visitors have a great time hanging and even dining at the bar. There is a sake and sushi happy hour 5–7 nightly.
