Condo Rentals

Condo rentals are another lodging option. They appeal to travelers who aren't interested in the one-size-fits-all activities offered by the resorts. Condos are much cheaper than villas, but you get many of the same amenities, including kitchens, and save money by cooking your own meals. To rent a condo, contact the rental company or the individual owner.

The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach offers luxurious, high-rise condos, rented out when the owners are not in residence. Depending on the owner's personal style, they can be downright fabulous. For extra privacy, separate elevators serve only two apartments on every floor. All units have large living and dining rooms plus fully equipped kitchens with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. All have sweeping vistas, but upper-level residences showcase Anguilla, Simpson Bay, and Basses Terres. The fitness center boasts a gym with sauna, whirlpool, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The megachic Dior Spa overlooks the huge indoor swimming pool. Pros: great views; good for families; close to Maho casinos and restaurants; tight security. Cons: it's apartment living, so if you're looking for resort-y or beachy, this is not your place; there is a concierge, but no other hotel services; no restaurant.
