Poolside at the Coco Palm hotel in Rodney Bay, KoKo Cabana is an open-air Caribbean-style bistro and bar. Breakfast attracts mostly hotel guests, but the elegant yet casual restaurant attacts a wider range of clientele for lunch and dinner. Lunch is a good bet if you're poking around Rodney Bay, need a break from Reduit Beach, or are just looking for a good meal in an attractive spot. In the evening, the breezy dining room is where the magic really comes through. The dinner menu focuses on Caribbean favorites such as jerk baby back ribs, braised lamb shank, or grilled fish with local vegetables. Alternatively, choose a perfectly grilled steak or pasta dish. Leave room for dessert, whether you splurge on dark chocolate truffle cake or choose the other extreme, a deliciously fruity sorbet. A live band entertains most evenings and always at the Friday night barbecue buffet.
