Fodor's Review:

Innovative Swedish chef Bobo Bergstrom, formerly the culinary director at Windjammer Landing and chef de cuisine at the famed Operakallaren in Stockholm, brought his "Eurobbean fusion" cuisine to his own fine-dining establishment, overlooking the harbor at Harmony Suites hotel. St. Lucian locals and visitors alike rave about Chef Bobo's culinary feats, the excellent wine list, and the island's first sushi bar. "Eurobbean" cuisine is a contemporary fusion style that combines the chef's European heritage, Caribbean traditions and ingredients, and a touch of Asian influence. Among the dozen starters is a dreamy lobster bisque scented with saffron and paprika. Then try snapper braised in fennel bouillon, jerk-marinated and grilled beef tenderloin, spice-glazed rabbit roulade, or perhaps the five-course tasting menu. There's sure to be a dish on the extensive menu (or at the sushi bar) that suits everyone in your party, but be sure to leave room for a fabulous dessert.

Everything was going great... until I found a THUMB TACK in my salad. An experience I will never forget. Do not want to imagine what would have happened if I bit down on it.

They took the salad off the check. Gee, thanks.

We had a very innovative dinner at The Edge. The food is as good as the Grand Case restaurants in St. Martin.
