Dinner might start with a divine lobster bisque, followed by fresh seafood accompanied by one (or more) of the chef's fabulous sauces—ginger, coconut-curry, lemon-garlic butter, or wild mushroom. Heartier eaters may prefer duck,
lamb, beef, or chicken laced with peppercorns, red wine, onion, or Roquefort sauce.
