When you're visiting Diamond Waterfall and other attractions in Soufrière, this is a great lunch spot. The two dining rooms seat up to 400 people, so it's also a popular stop for tour groups and cruise passengers. The emphasis is on local cuisine using vegetables such as christophene, breadfruit, yam, and callaloo along with grilled fish or chicken, but there are also pork and beef dishes. All fruits and vegetables used in the restaurant are organically grown on the estate. Lunch is a buffet.
