When you're visiting Diamond Waterfall and other attractions in Soufrière, this is a convenient lunch spot. Located on a picturesque plantation just outside of town, the two dining rooms here seat up to 400 people, so it's also a popular stop for tour groups and cruise passengers. The emphasis is on local cuisine, using vegetables such as christophene, breadfruit, yam, and callaloo along with grilled fish or chicken; there are also pork and beef dishes. All fruits and vegetables used in the restaurant are organically grown on the estate. Lunch is a buffet.
