Lifeline Restaurant at the Hummingbird

Lifeline Restaurant at the Hummingbird Review

The chef at this cheerful restaurant-bar in the Hummingbird Beach Resort specializes in French-creole cuisine, starting with fresh seafood or chicken seasoned with local herbs and accompanied by vegetables just picked from the Hummingbird's garden. Sandwiches and salads are also available. If you stop for lunch, sit outside by the pool for a magnificent view of the Pitons (you can also take a dip), and be sure to visit the batik studio and art gallery of proprietor Joan Alexander-Stowe, which is next to the dining room.

The Hummingbird restaurant provides you a beautiful view of the Pitons while dining in their open air restaurant. (Be prepared for open air eating, since most restaurants on the island are open air seating!) Food was good, although the service was very good.
