Even before you leave home, you can customize your own "body holiday" online—from robe size to tee time—at this adults-only resort in luxurious tropical surroundings. Indulge in aromatherapy, a dozen different massages, ayurvedic treatments, wraps, yoga, and personal-trainer services at the splendid Oasis spa; daily treatments, professional instruction, and a personal trainer are all included in the rates. Otherwise, enjoy the beach, scuba diving, golf (there are no greens fees for resort guests at St. Lucia Golf Club, next door), and other sports. Rooms have marble floors and king-size four-poster or twin beds. The food is excellent at Cariblue (the main dining room), the Club House casual buffet restaurant, the Deli, or the top-of-the-line Tao. Enjoy nightly entertainment at the beachside lounge. Special rates are offered for single guests.
