The 18th-century plantation house and several gingerbread-style cottages that dot this 26-acre family-owned estate, a former lime and cocoa plantation that spills down a tropical hillside, have eye-popping views of Petit Piton. All accommodations have oversize, handcrafted furniture and one or two bathrooms; some also have their own garden showers, and each has its own secluded plunge pool. Villas have one, two, or three bedrooms; Chez Anista, a five-bedroom luxury villa
with its own large infinity pool, private cook and service staff, can accommodate up to 10 guests. Living–dining rooms open onto verandahs with double hammocks and panoramic views, perfectly romantic at sunset. Although there are no room phones, you're provided with a cell phone to use during your stay. Above the Red Door spa is a studio equipped with tatami mats for yoga and martial arts. The Mango Tree Restaurant serves meals with a view. A complimentary shuttle goes to Soufrière or to the beach at Anse des Pitons. The minimum stay in the winter season is three nights.
