A 65-foot, spring-fed pool bisects this elegant restaurant at Ottley's Plantation Inn into a semi-enclosed lounge with sea views and a breezy alfresco stone patio. Three-course extravaganzas (dishes are also available à la carte) blend indigenous ingredients with Asian, Mediterranean, and Latin touches: sweet potato, chile, and lime soup; portobello-caramelized onion ravioli with creamy spinach pesto; crab salpicon on Caribbean crab cake with mango vinaigrette and ginger remoulade. Finish with simple yet sinful indulgences such as coconut-cream cheesecake or mango mousse with raspberry coulis. The combination of superb food, artful presentation, romantic setting, and warm bonhomie is unbeatable.
