Locals flock to this semi-alfresco terrace eatery for lively happy hours and, on weekends, for karaoke, sizzling salsa, live bands, and a DJ spinning favorite dance tunes. Vivid colors (scarlet linens, orange walls with mauve-and-lime trim, turquoise rafters), African masks, and autographed photos of reggae stars attest to the authentic island ambience, as do such fine specialties as pumpkin soup, glazed passion-fruit ribs, and shrimp in tamarind-ginger sauce (you can
also get hefty burgers, gourmet pizzas, and such Continental standbys as chicken fettuccine Alfredo). At this writing, Bobsy's plans to move to a smaller location, little more than a drive-in, with a simpler menu.
