Keys Cigar Bar is a surprisingly low-key, classy hangout, with jazz/salsa duos, cushy sofas, high-back straw chairs, chess-set tables, and a superlative selection of aged rums and Cubanos (as well as top Dominican and Nicaraguan brands).
