Right on the beach of Baie de St-Jean, this petite resort consists of small but clean bungalows and villas with fully equipped outdoor kitchenettes on small patios; nice bathrooms add to the comfort. At this writing, the reception area and units in the D and F bungalows have been completely renovated in the modern, clean, white-and-brown color scheme that has become the St. Barth "look"; now there are flat-screen TVs, and, on the patios, new white kitchens. Check for ongoing renovations when you inquire about reservations. The complex is convenient to nearby restaurants and shops. The beachfront two-bedroom villas are something of a bargain, especially off-season.
