Fodor's Review:
A leisurely lunch here en route to Grand Saline beach is a St. Barths must. Delicious French and creole cuisine is served at this sophisticated open-air restaurant. Get to know the parrot, or relax in a hammock after the house-special carpaccios of salmon, tuna, and beef. The lemon tart deserves its excellent reputation.
