Eden Rock hotel is legendary; this laid-back beach restaurant is just one more reason to love it. Lunch time is lively but relaxed with a DJ pumping tunes by the sparkling sea, and there are many tempting gourmet pizzas on offer. Fill up on black truffle and fontina cheese pizza or the avocado pizza with jalapeno, onions, cilantro, and lime, which melts in your mouth. You can't go wrong with the seared sea scallops, or the parmesan crusted organic chicken. The menu is full of temptations, so don't be surprised if you're tempted to lose your self-control.
