Emeraude Plage Review

Right on the beach of Baie de St-Jean, this petite resort consists of small but immaculate bungalows and villas with modern, fully equipped outdoor kitchens on small private patios. The comfortable beach bungalows, are renovated in a modern, clean, white-and-brown color scheme that has become the St. Barth "look" and include flat-screen TVs, iPod docks, and nice bathrooms that add to the comfort. Several units can connect for families. A new beach pavilion serves light fare at breakfast and lunch, and cocktails until 7 pm. The complex is convenient to nearby restaurants and shops. The beachfront two-bedroom villas, one of which has a private Jacuzzi on the deck, are something of a bargain, especially off-season.

    Emeraude Plage Review

Stayed here in 06. The rooms were alright but not a value for the prices charged and while increasing prices based upon the popularity of the island. You will want a car no matter where you stay and sometimes parking can be a problem. It is on the beach though

    Best bargain on the Island

We have been going to St. Barts for 10 years and will never stay anywhere but Emeraude Plague. The rooms are great- the staff tremendous. We are leaving for another week in Paradise and will be staying in Bungalow E
