Le Toiny

Fodor's Review:

When perfection is more important than price, choose Le Toiny's romantic villas with mahogany furniture, and divine white linens with crisp, colorful striped accents, all new in 2008. All have heated private pools. Privacy and serenity is the mission. Rooms have every convenience of home: lush bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchenettes. High-tech amenities include several flat-screen LCD TVs, stereos, fax machines, and Bang and Olufsen phones. Each suite has an outdoor shower. Breakfast comes to your terrace each morning, and in-villa spa services can be provided as well, or you can wander over to the new Spa Cottage. If ever you want to leave your villa, Sunday brunch and haute cuisine can be had at the alfresco Le Gaiac overlooking the Italian-tile pool. New owners added a walking trail to the private beach with a seaside saltwater pool, and a state-of-the art fitness center. Two of the villas are handicap accessible. Low season discounts can make a honeymoon here affordable. Pros: extremely private; luxurious rooms; flawless service. Cons: not on the beach; at least half an hour drive from town.
