A leisurely lunch here en route to Anse de Grand Saline beach is a St. Barths must. But don't discount it for dinner, either. Delicious French cuisine by Maxime Deschamps, formerly of Le Toiny, is served at this sophisticated open-air restaurant. Artistic salads tempt at lunch. Dinner options include a gingerbread-crusted chicken, along with plenty of daily specials. But the real fireworks rock for chocoholics, who swoon for the dessert list.

Frankly my favourite restaurant on St Barts (and no I'm not being paid for this)
The food is frankly exquisite, which it is what it is all about.
