Maya's
Maya's Review
New Englander Randy Gurley and his wife Maya (the French-born chef) provide returning guests with a warm welcome and a very pleasant, albeit expensive, dinner on their cheerful dock decorated with big, round tables and crayon-colored canvas chairs, all overlooking Gustavia Harbor. A market inspired menu of good, simply prepared and garnished dishes—like roasted quail and Indian-spiced fish—changes daily, assuring the ongoing popularity of a restaurant that seems to be on everyone's list of favorites.
