Fodor's Review

Hôtel Le Toiny's dramatic, tasteful, cliff-side dining porch showcases gastronomic art. Less stuffy than in the past, the food is notable for its innovation and extraordinary presentation, and the warm but consummately professional service sets a high standard. The menu changes frequently, but rare ingredients and unique preparations always delight: spaghetti with black truffles, tamarind-glazed duck breast, lamb filet with eggplant caviar, and chocolate soufflé for dessert. Tuesday is Fish Market Night, when you choose your own fish to be grilled, and Sunday (11–2) there's a €43 buffet brunch.
