Fodor's Review

Locavores will like the pretty restaurant in the gardens of the Guanahani hotel, which showcases the refined cuisine of executive chef Philippe Masseglia. Influenced by Provence and Italy, dishes are presented beautifully, and use some organic and local products. Try the Burrata with lightly smoked tomato, which is garnished with anchovy, olives, and basil seeds. Or, splurge on the black truffle risotto. There are €90 and €120 tasting menus if the whole table is adventurous

and likes to eat on the early side. Don't miss the caramalized pear cloaked in almond brittle and chocolate. There is a €20 children's menu too, and veggie and gluten-free items are marked on the menu. Long pants are required at dinner.
