Internet, Mail & Shipping

An airmail letter to North America or Europe costs NAf 2.25; a postcard, NAf 1.10. Mail can take a week or two to reach the island. The post office is in Windwardside, near Scout's Place, and offers express mail service. When writing to Saba, don't worry about addresses without post-office box numbers or street locations -- on an island this size, all mail finds its owner. However, do make sure to include "Netherlands Antilles" and "Caribbean" in the address.

For $5 you can get 30 minutes of Internet access on one of three computers at the Island Communication Services Business Center, which is open weekdays from 10 to 7, on Saturday from 10 to 5.
