Fodor's Review

The managing director, Hemmie van Xanten, has traveled the world amassing a vast collection of objects from Africa, Morocco, Asia, and Colombia. Each of the hotel's spacious, themed rooms reflect a portion of his travels. The Dutch Room is furnished with some of his grandmother's possessions. The Iban Room, with its dark-wood floor and carved wooden objects are part of his Malaysian haul. Included in each room rate is Wi-Fi, use of the minibar, cable TV, and taxes. A colorful,

Thai "spirit house" (shrine) sits atop a small pool alongside the Dutch Room. As of this writing there are only two rooms completed but hopefully there will be three more—Saba, Maasai, and Moroccan rooms.
