Fodor's Review:
Just as many people visit this local favorite for the exceptional fare as for the entertaining atmosphere, which stars eccentric co-owner Trish Chammaa, who entertains with jokes and brassy banter. Trish's husband slaves over supper in the back, and the result is a perfect gastronomic experience. The varied menu includes fresh lobster and a well-priced schwarma plate. Don't miss the (by reservation only) sushi on Saturday night or one of the other nightly specials. The homemade desserts are great.

Dinner and a Show...don't miss it

Michael and Trish serve fabulous meals, including the island favorite of seared salmon. Do make reservations when Michael or a "Sea Saba" staff member give a slide show! Get there on time so you don't lose your seat! When we go to Saba, we eat here frequently. You will need a reservation even in the off season.RATING: 5.0
