Restaurant Eden Review
On a rooftop amid a lovely garden setting, Chef Norbert Schippers concocts an eclectic, European-French cuisine menu that might include anything from Italian risotto to seafood and steaks. Sample the Frutti del Mare, pasta with seafood and garden vegetables, which is topped with a lobster cream sauce. The restaurant prides itself on the freshness of its ingredients.

We always enjoyed My Kitchen on our trips to Saba, but the restaurant has now changed hands and is called Restaurant Eden. The menu is varied, the food and service great, and I highly recommend the duck salad.

I have eaten at "My Kitchen" many times during our trips to Saba. Outstanding food, wine, and service. Don't miss the wine tasting event!
Try the Sushi Grade Salmon...just seared a little, you will love it.
On the weekend during prime season, make a reservation.
