You might need a flashlight for the five-minute hike down the Crispeen Track, by way of the Mt. Scenery Trail, to find this restaurant in the middle of the rain forest. Once you arrive, you'll feel truly away from it all. Fresh seafood is always available, vegetables are picked fresh from the restaurant's own garden, and though the steaks are huge, locals usually opt for red curry shrimp—and apple pie or homemade ice cream for dessert. On Wednesday, a slide show depicts the ecological aspects of the island. And every night you are surrounded by music—the lilting sound of the tree frogs.
