While dining alongside the pool at the Shearwater Resort, savor the sounds of the sea, soft jazz, and a panorama from 2,000 feet above sea level. On the frequently changing menu, fresh seafood is a given; specialties include a mushroom-and-cheese risotto and braised lamb. Unfortunately, the staff could stand to be a little friendlier here. The road to and from this resort is particularly steep, something to keep in mind if you visit the bar, the largest in Saba.
