Saba Restaurant Reviews

The island might be petite, but there's no shortage of mouthwatering fare from French to fresh seafood to Caribbean specialties. Reservations are necessary, as most of the restaurants are quite small. In addition, some places provide transportation.

What to Wear

Restaurants are informal. Shorts are fine during the day, but for dinner you may want to put on slacks or a casual sundress. Just remember that nights in Windwardside can be cool because of the elevation.

Queen's Garden Restaurant. Set in a lovely garden and showcasing sweeping views of the Bottom, this dimly lighted venue is the perfect place for a romantic meal. You can expect superb Saban lobster or some other tasty menu offering, or the chef will create something to your liking. The smoked-duck-breast salad starter is mouthwatering. Service is excellent. Come early for cocktails at the outdoor bar, which overlooks the pool—and, below that, the ocean—then stay late and be awed by the stars above you. Poolside parties, musical events, and theme nights with international flavors spice things up.
