$-$$$, Caribbean, St. John's
Fodor's Review:
The expansive view from the wall-to-wall windows more than makes up for the restaurant's minimal decor. At dinnertime you'll find a decently priced menu that consists primarily of seafood and vegetarian dishes. For Sunday brunch, the best reason to venture here, there are eggs Benedict, salt fish, johnnycakes, crabmeat, ribs, chicken -- the list goes on and on. And all for $10. The restaurant offers both takeout and longer weekend hours (9 PM-2 AM) than most other eateries on the island, but late night is party time, and the place is likely to be packed to the gills. No reservations are necessary, but if you call, someone will pick you up and drop you off -- a sweet touch, indeed.
