With a new chef at the helm, this dimly lighted, highly romantic restaurant has become one of the best on the island. Tuna tartare, fresh Saban lobster, tilapia fillet, and Asian-inspired escargots stand out. After dinner you can dance under the stars. Poolside parties, musical events, and theme nights with international flavors spice things up.
