This relaxed rooftop restaurant in the heart of town underwent a complete culinary transformation when it changed hands in 2005. The new owner -- straight from Holland -- concocted a seafood-heavy menu complete with a rotating list of specials determined by the season and whether the supply boat from St. Maarten was able to dock that week. The coconut shrimp, crab cakes, and escargots stand out.

I have eaten at "My Kitchen" many times during our trips to Saba. Outstanding food, wine, and service. Don't miss the wine tasting event!
Try the Sushi Grade Salmon...just seared a little, you will love it.
On the weekend during prime season, make a reservation.

Another Saba Surprise

Very friendly, good service, comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The night we visited we had an excellent potatoe-leek soup, a delicious vegetable pasta, and a delicious fish dish. the Coconut flan was delicious. All home made.
Saba is small enough that our cab driver that evening happened to be the mother of the chef.
To the owners credit, the town ATM machine was not working and the credit card machine in the restaurant was not connecting off-island. He was so gracious and allowed us to send a payment for the meal once we returned home.
