Susie's is truly the island's only upscale restaurant, yet it's casual and unpretentious. Sanjuanera owner-chef Susie Hebert learned her culinary skills at San Juan's swank Caribe Hilton and Ritz-Carlton hotels before settling on Culebra and opening her fine-dining restaurant, a soothing Zen space filled with banquettes, pillows, and couches.
