In Puerto Rico, Internet cafés are few and far between. If that weren't bad enough, many hotels have yet to install high-speed Internet access in their rooms. Your best bet is to use your hotel business center if you need to send an e-mail. Puerto Rico uses the U.S. postal system, and all addresses on the island carry zip codes. Major post-office branches can be found in most major cities and towns.
