Hotel Miramar Review

Catering largely to cruise-ship passengers, this hotel sits in the middle of Miramar, an up-and-coming neighborhood located halfway between Condado and Old San Juan. There's no beach, but some of the city's best are nearby, and there's a bus stop right outside that will take you to Old San Juan in just a few minutes. The generously sized rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, and many of those on the upper floors have nice views of Condado Lagoon. Don't miss the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Old San Juan, Condado, and the Atlantic. At this writing, the hotel had just opened up a new tapas-style restaurant, Bistro 606, and was wrapping up renovations of all the bathrooms.
