    Refused to replace and or exchange faulty item

    My sister purchased a very expensive evening purse that was on display in the window. The saleswoman retrieved the purse from the window and brought it to be purchased wrapped and in a box. Assuming that the purse was in perfect condition, my sister paid for it. Once she returned to the USA she discovered some missing rhinestones, our mother lives in the island so she sent the purse to be replaced. The woman refused to exchange the item, offered to "fix it". She was belligerant and rude to both my sister and my mother as they attempted to explain the situation. So buyer if you are expecting the service of an "exclusive boutique" you are mistaken!
