Saltaire is the newest venture by Executive Chef Christopher Klos, who gained recognition for heading the kitchen at the Lazy Parrot. Chef Klos prepares gourmet dishes in a casual setting that are seasonally and locally inspired. The fish changes daily, depending on what was caught that morning. The snapper is excellent, as is the octopus salad. The pastas and breads are homemade, and vegan as well as raw dishes are available with prior notice. If you crave suckling pig, call at least three days ahead and put in your order. Don't miss the opportunity to dine at this lovely eatery, you will be pleasantly surprised.
