Fodor's Review:

This island a few miles off the coast has the best beaches in the Ponce area and is, perhaps, the second-best area in southern Puerto Rico for snorkeling, after La Parguera. Ask one of the many boatmen at La Guancha to take you out for about $30 round-trip.
